A2O was appointed for Blocks A and B at Bicester Retail Village – retail units on the ground floor, with a gym on the upper floor. The scope covered retail units for Next, Nike and Boots.
Jaguar Land Rover Showroom, Sunbury
This was a large job for a prestigious brand. The accommodation comprised show rooms, sales offices, a workshop, service and valet bays and customer parking.
York House, Windsor – refurb
York House was a refurbishment of sub-let offices for Windsor Council. The project had a complicated design and install process, incorporating areas of refurbishment as well as new steel. The offices are built on a podium over a carpark.
Tubs Hill House, Sevenoaks – refurb
Tubs Hill House is one of the tallest and most significant buildings in Sevenoaks, A2O was to transform two tired-looking nine-story 1960s office blocks into high-end residential flats. A2O were appointed by main contractor, Buxton Construction, to survey the existing building and manage the design and installation of a new envelope cladding system.
